Chris Comfort is the Founder and President of Apex Properties, bringing more than two decades of experience in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market. Since launching his career in 2003, Chris has consistently ranked as a top producer, successfully closing transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in sales volume.

Chris specializes in the sale and acquisition of retail and industrial properties, with a particular focus on high-traffic, infill locations throughout Los Angeles County. His deep understanding of market dynamics, tenant demand, and investment strategy allows him to identify opportunities that maximize value for both private and institutional clients. In addition to his core specialties, Chris has extensive experience across all asset classes, including mixed-use, office, and development properties, giving him a well-rounded perspective on complex transactions.
